The Town Planner suggested Applicant <br /> contact the water District in are attempt to coordinate <br /> installation of water lines prior to road pavement. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approve a waiver <br /> for requirements under Section 7E-8 of the Rules and <br /> Regulations regarding soil tests allowing the infiltration <br /> portions of the testing be performed immediately after <br /> clearing and prior to road construction, and subsequent to <br /> the amount listed on Road Construction Plans sheets C- , <br /> C- , and C-7; which Lotion was seconded by Dennis Bal ari ni <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approve a waiver <br /> of Section F-20R, requirements regarding all utilities <br />
