He volunteered to draft the <br /> appropriate language. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approVe the <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan for Corerial Street subject <br /> to hose Waivers previously granted; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Win hime Point, Inc. - Windchi a Point Condominium <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> torageJGarage <br /> The Chairman recognized Marty O'Malley, Windchime <br /> Condominium Board/Trustees, who spoke to details and <br /> specifications of the plan being proposed. <br /> Mr. O'Malley offered to remove discussion of the post <br /> office/safety 'issues- from the table at this point, to be <br /> filed separately. <br /> The Town Planner stated an incomplete application has <br /> been filed with Town Clerk regarding the garage, July 15, <br /> 2003 . He suggested this be done as a means to maintain <br /> jurisdiction over the post office matter. <br /> Mar. O'Malley expressed willingness to cooperate with <br /> the Board regarding location of the post office, as well as <br /> to make an attempt to sign and number the entire complex. <br /> The developer has agreed to co-share expenses and t <br /> cooperate in this regard. <br />
