Mr. O'Malley requested the Board approve the <br /> modification to Special Per--mit, Conditions and Findings . <br /> References were being made to a plan entitledo. <br /> "•Windchime Condominium Site Plan, Revisions to Phase IA and <br /> 1B, revised July 11, 2003 . Down Cape Engineering, Inc. r <br /> Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors . " <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board of a re-draft of <br /> the Secial Permit Decision, which reflects the most recent <br /> concerns expressed by the Consulting Engineer. A number of <br /> comments have been made regarding the drainage system at <br /> the parking lot and suggested steel guardrail. <br /> The re-draft indicates the elimination of the post <br /> office .issue, having submitted a new application : <br /> Approval of the Modification with Conditions referring <br /> to those plans -approved by the Board, the overall Site <br /> Plan, Dumpster Detail Plan, Additional. Parking Building <br /> o, Architectural Elevations for- the garage, <br /> Landscape Plans to be submitted by the August 6 th - - - - - <br /> Revised plans entitled, "Windchi me Condominium Storage <br /> Building & Parking Detail Plan" in conformance with the <br /> recommendations contained in the July 16, 2003 letter from <br /> Charles L. Rowley to the Hoard regarding this project and <br /> submit a revised version to the Board for approval at a <br /> regular meeting prior to the Board' s signature of this <br /> Decision. <br /> Revised plans of the post office and associated <br /> parking, or an alternate means of postal delivery within <br /> the project shall be reviewed as- part of a separate request <br /> for modification of this Special Permit. <br /> Mr. O'Malley reported on numbering, signage and post <br /> office concerns . The unit owners would like to maintain <br /> their current addresses for practical reasons. <br /> The Chairman recognized Torte Quinn who addressed the <br /> suggestion of a steel guardrail, conun rating the developer <br /> has never been asked to do so at any other location within <br /> the project . He further stated that he would comply with <br /> all of the Consulting Engineerfs comments . <br /> 6 <br />
