i 'The Chairman recognized Mr. Fagerberg who stated his agreement with the Consulting Engineer' s comments . The Town Planner stated the security on file is for property that does not extend to one of the lots subject to release (Lot 31) . There has been some prior discussion with Mr. Smith regarding the extension of road, however he is unaware of the current status of the proposal for building the road. Mr, Fagerberg reported Mr. Smith is out of town, and that the road has been completed to Mr.. Rowley' s satisfaction. The Board agreed they would require Mr. Rowley' s comments . References were being made to a Flan of Land entitled, "Conaumet Highlands Subdivision, Plan of Land in Ma hpee, MA, dated March 1, 1 72" (Lot #50 Southwind Circle, and Lot 31, previous releases, extension to the intersection. Mr. Rowley explained the agreement had been made to -repave- .the- --entire Southwid= Ci rcl-e, which. has been completed. He noted the satin-factory condition of the drainage, the shoulders have been cleaned up, the area has been foamed/seeded.. The pavement has been completed, with new pavement, catch basins and leaching pits, extending to just beyond the intersection of Candlewood Lane. r. Rowley stated that in his opinion Applicant has done a fine job, the property is in -good shape , Six concrete monuments, a street sign at Silverleaf, and the germination of the grass seed remain under the security. The Town Planner outlined the Board' s decision to be release of the covenant on Lot 50 and Lot 31, as well as accepting the sum of $4, 875. 00 as security for those items f concern as outlined by the Consulting Engineer. The Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to release the Road Covenants on Lot 50 and Lot 31, Co aumet Highlands Subdivision, and accepting an amount of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five ($ , 7 .o ) Dollars to secure items for Fox Hill Road between Silver Leaf Lane and Candlewood
