i <br /> 'The Chairman recognized Mr. Fagerberg who stated his <br /> agreement with the Consulting Engineer' s comments . <br /> The Town Planner stated the security on file is for <br /> property that does not extend to one of the lots subject to <br /> release (Lot 31) . There has been some prior discussion <br /> with Mr. Smith regarding the extension of road, however he <br /> is unaware of the current status of the proposal for <br /> building the road. <br /> Mr, Fagerberg reported Mr. Smith is out of town, and <br /> that the road has been completed to Mr.. Rowley' s <br /> satisfaction. <br /> The Board agreed they would require Mr. Rowley' s <br /> comments . <br /> References were being made to a Flan of Land entitled, <br /> "Conaumet Highlands Subdivision, Plan of Land in Ma hpee, <br /> MA, dated March 1, 1 72" (Lot #50 Southwind Circle, and Lot <br /> 31, previous releases, extension to the intersection. <br /> Mr. Rowley explained the agreement had been made to <br /> -repave- .the- --entire Southwid= Ci rcl-e, which. has been <br /> completed. He noted the satin-factory condition of the <br /> drainage, the shoulders have been cleaned up, the area has <br /> been foamed/seeded.. The pavement has been completed, with <br /> new pavement, catch basins and leaching pits, extending to <br /> just beyond the intersection of Candlewood Lane. <br /> r. Rowley stated that in his opinion Applicant has <br /> done a fine job, the property is in -good shape , Six <br /> concrete monuments, a street sign at Silverleaf, and the <br /> germination of the grass seed remain under the security. <br /> The Town Planner outlined the Board' s decision to be <br /> release of the covenant on Lot 50 and Lot 31, as well as <br /> accepting the sum of $4, 875. 00 as security for those items <br /> f concern as outlined by the Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to release the Road <br /> Covenants on Lot 50 and Lot 31, Co aumet Highlands <br /> Subdivision, and accepting an amount of Four Thousand Eight <br /> Hundred Seventy-Five ($ , 7 .o ) Dollars to secure items <br /> for Fox Hill Road between Silver Leaf Lane and Candlewood <br />
