i She stated it is necessary for this matter to move -forward. She also questioned the fact that an attorney is involved at this point, and is now requesting a further continuance as he: is not able to attend the next scheduled Planning Board Meeting. She also stated, ""Mrs, Antunes has informed...that she doesn' t have a problem with -it...this whole subdivision" . Attorney Rapp objected to the previous speaker' s comments stating he did not wish to have her ,speak on his behalf, or that of his client . He did acknowledge that she does have a vested interest in this -matter moving forward and said interest is a condition. The Chairman invited Mrs . Antunes to step forward and address the Board with any issues/concerns if she chose to do so. Attorney Rapp responded that he has been directed by Mrs. Antunes to represent her in this, matter. Dennis Bal arini commented the process in this matter had been moving forward until the previous Meeting wheni,t _was brought -to. the_ Board-F s-a-t-tentiori 't +t certain abutters hl not been properly notified. There being no further Board or Public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTTO : Dennis Balarini made -a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in this matter to August 20, 2003, at 7 : 15 p.m. , and that certified mailings will be seat to those two abutters who had been omitted from the original abutters list; which Motion was seconded by Doan Dyers and so voted unanimously. The Chairman urged Applicant to provide any materials required by Planning Staff Consulting Engineer as qu-ickly as possible. The Board accepted the operation and Maintenance Plan, and a set of revised plans reflecting Mr. Rowley' s comnment.s .
