Randy Peters - Expressed his frustration with the
apparent process delays .
The Chairman assured Mr. Peters that the issues
regarding the project being proposed would be reviewed in
such a manner as to be fair to everyone involved, as well
as to move forward as quickly as possible.
t this point the Town Planner suggested only those
two property owners who did not receive proper notification
be so notified, as well as being included on the amended
abutters list (rather than everyone else being re-
notified) .
Attorney Rapp suggested the puss-ibility of the rights
of others being j..eopardized by the course of action- as
suggested by the previous speaker (notifying only the two
abutters) . He suggested that all abutters on the new list
be (re) notified.
The Chairman asked whether or not .sid notices should
mailed certified, as is the requirement
Richard Terry suggested renotification to- all abutters
is not necessary, with certified notices only to those two
parties who were not notified. All those who had
originally been notified should be aware of the Hearing
continuances .
It appeared to be the consensus of the Board that
certified mailings to- only those two parties who had not
been notified were necessary, all renotifications to be
seat by regular first class mail.
Attorney Rapp requested this matter be continued t
the September 3rd Meeting as he is unavailable to attend the
August 20th Meeting.
Attorney Norse objected to the delay and inconvenience
this request would cause her client.
Lisa Sculous, Realtor for sellers -+ voiced an
objection to the previous speaker' s request to continue
this matter to September 3rd, as this is his first
appearance in this matter. others involved have attended
faithfully and have followed the process to this point.
5
