The Consulting Engineer agreed to submit information <br /> to the Planning office regarding the matter of <br /> notification. <br /> Possible Conflict of Interest <br /> Mr. Rowley inform the Board of a possible conflict of <br /> interest involving the Plymouth Savings Bank project near <br /> Shellback way. H informed the Board that he has been <br /> asked to provide engineering data on the existing site. In <br /> addition, he is a member of the Board of Trustees. <br /> The Town Planner was unsure as to whether or not this <br /> matter would appear before the Planning Board stating it is <br /> a Zoning Board of Appeals Special Permit Modification. <br /> r. Rowley requested he not become involved in any <br /> aspect of reviewing plans, etc. should this matter appear <br /> before the Planning Board, <br /> At this point the Chairman informed Board Member of <br /> the Board -of Selectmen acceptance of the Zoning Articles . <br /> The Town Planner stated the Parking Article is being <br /> -sponsored by the Board of Selectmen and the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals. Two additional Articles have been submitted by <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals that have not yet been provided <br /> to the Planning Board, <br /> The Chairman reported she has received one of the <br /> Articles which proposes an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw to <br /> include a new R-SA District to Section 17 . 1 Land Space <br /> Requireme-hts Table .
