Mashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership - Request to appear <br /> before the Board to discuss the following zoning changes <br /> Three story 4 -ft. height for all commercial areas, mixed <br /> use parking, and residential use within C1 District within <br /> a certified growth center for May Town Meeting. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to invite Mashpee <br /> Commons Ltd. Partnership to the September 3 ra Meeting at <br /> 7 : 30 p.m. (30 minutes) . <br /> The Chairman requested Mashpee Commons provide the. <br /> Board with written ri�ateri is with regards to their <br /> presentation. <br /> The Board suggested the, Fire Chief be invited to the <br /> Meeting as well. <br /> and Mrs . Paul Downey, Unit 153 Windchi 'te Point - <br /> Their parking lawn has been modified by the addition of <br /> striped parking, resulting in access difficulties as well <br /> as parking areas that do not- conform to the approved plan. <br /> -- - - The--Town- -Planner -e pla-fined- one of - -he -newly--cre'at d' <br /> spaces is for handicap access . Also, there is no apparent <br /> access to the rear of one building located on a- sloped area <br /> leading to conservation land and the bogs . There was a <br /> fire in the basement of said building and the Fare <br /> Department could not access the rear of the building. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner will make a site visit and <br /> provide the Board with a report for discussion at the next <br /> Meeting . <br /> Executive Session <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board entered into <br /> Executive Session at : 10 p.m. A motion having been duly <br /> made and seconded to do so.
