Antunes and one lot located on the other side <br /> of Strawberry Avenue) . <br /> Mr. Fdala explained the definition of "abutter". The <br /> State advises notices be sent to owners on the other side <br /> f the street. <br /> The question being a matter of process, two property <br /> owners were not properly notified of the scheduled Hearing <br /> date, one being Mrs. Antunes. However, due to the fact <br /> that Mrs. Antunes did become aware of- and did in fact <br /> attend said Hearing, she would not be able to appeal a <br /> decision rude by the Board based upon improper notice as <br /> she is considered to have received constructive notice. <br /> (Richard Terry arrived at the Meeting at this point, <br /> 7 : 17 p.m. <br /> Mr. Fudala suggested the Board consider adopting as <br /> part of the Subdivision Regulations a process whereby <br /> everyone within 00-feet be notified. <br /> 2 <br />
