In <br /> this case there is an old subdivision plan with <br /> approximately thirty lots and four streets overlaid b <br /> the four ( ) A R lots . <br /> The Town Planner has encouraged fir. Aucoin to file a <br /> definitive plan in order eliminate t-he subdivis-ion lots, <br /> perhaps at the same time the definitive plan for the extra <br /> lot is filed, to which Mr. Aucoin agreed. <br /> The Town Planner also informed the Board that in the <br /> event the lots meet frontage requirements and are located <br /> on Town roads; the -A R rust be approved. <br /> Reference was made to Parcel A. with the Town Planner <br /> suggesting the other abutter be party to this application <br /> in order to protect his interest in the roadway. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested the plan not be <br /> approved, as there are existing streets within the <br /> perimeter that should be shown. <br /> The Chairman noted the filing is not complete as five <br /> { } copies of the plan have not been provided. <br /> t this point t-he Town Planner suggested this matter <br /> be continued for one month. <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> i ndchime Point, Inc.-Windchime Point Condom- inium <br /> Approval of iodif-ication to Special Permit <br /> 'Post Office <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order; noting Applicant has requested <br /> a motion to continue. <br /> The chairman recognized Eleanor Glennor, windchime <br /> Point resident, who asked the reason for continuance and <br /> whether or not the residents could expect to be notified by <br /> mail of the date of continuance . <br /> The Assistant Town Planner explained the matter- i <br /> being continued due to the fact the required plans have not <br /> been prepared.
