[upon <br /> completion plans will be prpatred and submitted to the <br /> Board. ratification will be mailed by first cla'ss to all <br /> unit owners, the cost for Which s- fret ,to be determined. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion- to continue . <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to October 1, 24 at <br /> p.m. ; whidh Motion was seconded by Don Dyers and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Correspondence <br /> Letter- to Attorney Kirraine regarding Anchor Storage, <br /> dated August 22, 2003, from Martha Twomble , Project <br /> Planner for CapO Cod Commission - restoration, of open <br /> space. <br /> Fetter from Kathleen Moore, Administrative Assistant, <br /> dated August 18, 2003, rega rdIng televised meetings to be <br /> broadcast- on the Mashpee Government Channel . <br /> AIR -- Discussion Continued <br /> The- Town Planner made teference to the atorementlone . <br /> "Eagan Plan" -- signed All showing the: road's and early bats <br /> as dashed lines and to be abandoned. He was unable t find <br /> a written determination from Town Counsel . <br /> The Chairman requested a determination from the <br /> Consulting engineer. <br /> Mr. Rowley noted the plan shows existing roads to be <br /> abandoned by the plan- would be accurate. Ho ever, he <br /> stated it weld be appropriate to use the AIR plain as the <br /> definitive plan to be submitted to the Board in order t <br /> eliminate the paper streets, as- well. as to show the new <br /> lots with front acreage. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated he feels that rather than showing h <br /> AMR block, said plan should have Planning Board approval of <br /> the decision of the subdivision .plan (not just the ArR <br /> endorsement.) . He further stated that he. would be reluctant <br /> to prepare a plan -that did not show true existing <br /> conditions for public record with the knowledge that there <br /> 3 <br />
