The Torn Planner explained that Attorney Leslie Penn <br />Morse was present for the purpose of requesting a re - <br />signature of the Christopher Lame Subdivision Plan. <br />The Chairman recognized Attorney Morse who explained <br />the situation. The original plan will not reproduce to the <br />Registry of Deeds specifications; the Registry has <br />requested her to provide a plan that will. <br />Attorney Morse requested the Planning Board re-sign <br />the replacement plan by those Board Members whc signed the <br />original plan, and under the same date. She also reported <br />that said plan has been signed by the Town Clerk. Plan o <br />Land entitled, .'Christopher Lane Definitive Subdivision, <br />Christopher Lame in-Mashpee, MA (Barnstable Counter-), <br />Lotting Plan, dated June 3, 2 3" . <br />The Board agreed to sign the replacement plan <br />Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, and Steve Dolan. Mr. Rowley <br />has reviewed the matter and provided a Memo -to the Board. <br />The substitution consists of the use of a plastic pipe <br />rather than reinforced concrete pipes at certain locations& <br />The Chairman noted that Mr. Rowley has -suggested the <br />Project Engineer submit a plan to the Planning Board <br />indicating those areas where plastic pipe will be used. <br />The plan should be reviewed in order to determine adequate <br />cover for each proposod location. <br />The Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br />MOTION: Bon Myers made a Motion to approve this <br />proposal as a minor site plan change, SouthCape Village <br />Shopping Center, to substitute plastic for concrete <br />drainage pipes where applicable, subject to the conditions <br />outlined in Mr. Rowley's letter dated October 1, 20 3; <br />which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Balarini and s <br />voted unanimously. <br />2 <br />
