The Town Planner reported the Cape Cod Commission has <br />not completed any work on this plan which was originally <br />filed as a zoning freeze plan. Until such time as the Cape <br />Cod Commission decision is finalized, the Planning Board <br />cannot act upon the matter otherthan to continue the <br />Hearing date. He suggested the matter be continued for a <br />couple of months. <br />The Vice -Chairman entertained a motion to continue. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to continue the <br />Public Hearing in this matter to December 3, 2003, at 7;1 <br />p.m..; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br />voted unanimously. <br />The Chairman, Beverly Kane, returned to the Conference <br />Room at this point and continued to preside over. the <br />remainder of the meeting. <br />Correspondence <br />The Town Planner made reference to the letter sent by <br />the Planning Board to the Building Inspector regarding the <br />- -Anchor Self-S-torago--proj-ect, an- improper`l,y buil-t d1r-t- -.road.- <br />through an open space buffer. The Department of Public <br />Corks Director also submitted a letter, as said road was <br />built without the proper curb -cut permit. The Cape Cod <br />.Comnission has notified Applicant of their permit <br />violation. As of this date, the Building Inspector has <br />shut down the project until such time as this issue is <br />resolved. <br />letter from a neighbor has also been received <br />complaining of the dust produced by true.ks driving in and <br />out of the property. <br />The Town Planner also made reference to a letter <br />received by the Cape Cod Commission addressed to Mr. David <br />Tailor, The Comfort Dian, who had proposed construction of <br />an eighty ( foot radio tower.
