The Town Planner reported the Cape Cod Commission has not completed any work on this plan which was originally filed as a zoning freeze plan. Until such time as the Cape Cod Commission decision is finalized, the Planning Board cannot act upon the matter otherthan to continue the Hearing date. He suggested the matter be continued for a couple of months. The Vice -Chairman entertained a motion to continue. MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in this matter to December 3, 2003, at 7;1 p.m..; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, returned to the Conference Room at this point and continued to preside over. the remainder of the meeting. Correspondence The Town Planner made reference to the letter sent by the Planning Board to the Building Inspector regarding the - -Anchor Self-S-torago--proj-ect, an- improper`l,y buil-t d1r-t- -.road.- through an open space buffer. The Department of Public Corks Director also submitted a letter, as said road was built without the proper curb -cut permit. The Cape Cod .Comnission has notified Applicant of their permit violation. As of this date, the Building Inspector has shut down the project until such time as this issue is resolved. letter from a neighbor has also been received complaining of the dust produced by true.ks driving in and out of the property. The Town Planner also made reference to a letter received by the Cape Cod Commission addressed to Mr. David Tailor, The Comfort Dian, who had proposed construction of an eighty ( foot radio tower. The Building Inspector has determined the matter is subject to Cape Cod Commission cell tower regulation review.
