Approval of DefinitiveRe-subdivision Plan <br />The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br />the Public Hearing in this -matter to order. <br />The Chairman recognized Michael Aucoin, who explained <br />he had appeared before the Board one month ago at which <br />time the Board suggested a Definitive Process. <br />Mr, Aucoin requested approval of Modification of a <br />Definitive Subdivision Plan, and made reference to a Plan <br />of Land entitled, "Modification of Definitive Plan in <br />Mashpee, MA (Barnstable County) r prepared for Spring Meadow <br />Realty Trust, dated September 5, 0 ". <br />r. Aucoin explained the lots are located in an - <br />district . The four ) lots being proposed all meet the <br />minimum frontage requirement, a-s well as the minimum 80,000 <br />square foot requirement. Each lot is to be serviced by <br />Town water, there is adequate space for a Title V septic <br />system for each house. <br />The Assistant Town Planner stated he has reviewed the <br />-revtised. ..plan. and -that Applicant- -has- -addressed -all -of -the <br />areas of concern. He did ask for the Deed. <br />Mr. Aucoin explained that the Deeds were submitted to <br />the Plann- ing Department this week. <br />Mr. -Smith suggested they review the tax bills together <br />at some other time. <br />Mr. Aucoin explained there is One additional waiver <br />being requested, the 1983 NAD Horizontal Control Points, <br />It has been found that there are no ]mown points within <br />1, 000 feet of the area, and all wells are farther away than <br />1,000 points. <br />The Chairman determined the Board has the required <br />Board of Health report, letter from the Consulting Engineer <br />who has reviewed the plan and fi-nd's that it'is in <br />conformance a-nd has noted his satisfaction. The Staff., a-s <br />well, has expressed satisfaction with the plan. <br />The Chairman then entertained a motion be made on <br />Applicant's request for waiver, as provided in letter dated <br />September 30, 2. <br />
