Approval of DefinitiveRe-subdivision Plan The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called the Public Hearing in this -matter to order. The Chairman recognized Michael Aucoin, who explained he had appeared before the Board one month ago at which time the Board suggested a Definitive Process. Mr, Aucoin requested approval of Modification of a Definitive Subdivision Plan, and made reference to a Plan of Land entitled, "Modification of Definitive Plan in Mashpee, MA (Barnstable County) r prepared for Spring Meadow Realty Trust, dated September 5, 0 ". r. Aucoin explained the lots are located in an - district . The four ) lots being proposed all meet the minimum frontage requirement, a-s well as the minimum 80,000 square foot requirement. Each lot is to be serviced by Town water, there is adequate space for a Title V septic system for each house. The Assistant Town Planner stated he has reviewed the -revtised. ..plan. and -that Applicant- -has- -addressed -all -of -the areas of concern. He did ask for the Deed. Mr. Aucoin explained that the Deeds were submitted to the Plann- ing Department this week. Mr. -Smith suggested they review the tax bills together at some other time. Mr. Aucoin explained there is One additional waiver being requested, the 1983 NAD Horizontal Control Points, It has been found that there are no ]mown points within 1, 000 feet of the area, and all wells are farther away than 1,000 points. The Chairman determined the Board has the required Board of Health report, letter from the Consulting Engineer who has reviewed the plan and fi-nd's that it'is in conformance a-nd has noted his satisfaction. The Staff., a-s well, has expressed satisfaction with the plan. The Chairman then entertained a motion be made on Applicant's request for waiver, as provided in letter dated September 30, 2.
