MOTION: Bennis Balzari i made a Motion to grant the <br />Waiver requested for The North American Coordinate Datum of <br />1983 requirement since there are not any known control <br />points within 1,000 feet of the locus; which Motion was <br />duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br />r. Aucoin explained there is no need to construct a <br />road at this point, the goal is to achieve four 4) lots. <br />He made reference to Parcel A. consisting of half of the <br />old roadway. Parcel A will be given to Lot 13 in order t <br />clarify ownership and to provide some buffer space. <br />There being no further Board comment, the Chairman <br />recognized the following members of the Public. <br />Randy Peters - Explained that his mother owns the <br />Parcel of land next to that which has been identified as, <br />"not buildable". His concerns were for the possibility of <br />road construction at some later date, as well as whether <br />there is doing to be a thru-way permitted at some latex <br />date in the event the proposed houses are constructed in <br />order to provide access from Cotuit Road.to Route 10. He <br />- -requested -an- opportunity to- review --the plans -and wa-s- - - <br />i nvited to the table to do s. <br />Mr. Peters stated his mother's driveway would have to <br />be used in order to access Lincoln Way. He expressed <br />concern for the existing dwelling on Lincoln Wary. <br />The Town Planner explained there are no plans for road <br />construction at this point. <br />Nancy Peters -- Property owner approached the Board a <br />well in order to join the discussion. <br />Mr. Peters expressed Concern regarding future plans <br />axial their rights in the event plans are filed. <br />The TownPlanner clarified road construction issues <br />were not before. the hoard at this time, t some point, if <br />Applicant chooses t build another lot, the road would have <br />to be constructed and agreement would have to be reached at <br />that point. Applicant does have the right to build a road <br />as part of the subdivision. <br />7 <br />
