The Chairman advised Mrs. Peters that in the event any <br />further plans are filed with the Planning Board, she would <br />be notified as an abutter to the properties. <br />Mr. Aucoin verified Mrs. Peters' driveway is located <br />within the entrance to Lincoln Road. If and when Lincoln <br />Way is to be developed, it would certainly be in his best <br />interest to work out the best possible layout of the <br />driveway situation. <br />Mr. Cadigan - Neighbor of Mrs. Pe -ter, asked about the <br />direction of the road, if and when constructed, from Cotuit <br />Road to Route 130, or would it be a dead end. He expressed <br />concern for traffic safety and thru traffic. <br />Mr. Aucoin responded by stating it would be to his <br />best interest, should this roadway be constructed in the <br />future, to make an attempt to minimize the width of the <br />road. The DPW Director has provided some suggestions, as <br />has fir. Rowley, the Consulting Engineer. He also stated he <br />would not want a roadway going through. <br />Scott Chapman - Explained he is a new owner on Pompey <br />Road. - He', -asked-if ton- -gh-t "-s d=scus ion-wou-1d -Include - - - <br />Pompey Road. <br />The Board assured him Pompey Road wa-s not in any way <br />being affected or under discussion in this regard. Mr. <br />Aucoin concurred, stating access for Dots 3 and 4 will be <br />off Cotuit Road. <br />There being no further Board or Public comment, the <br />Chairman entertained a motion t.o close the Public Hearing., <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to close the Public <br />Hearing in the matter of Spring Meadow Realty Trust, Route <br />130 and Cotuit Road; which Motion was duly -seconded by <br />Dennis Ealzarini and so voted unanimously. <br />Don Myers stated he feels the project being proposed <br />is f.r superior to the original subdivision plan. He <br />recognized potential concerns regarding Lincoln Way, of <br />which however the developer is aware. Initial concerns <br />voiced with regard to Parcel A have been resolved. Also, <br />it appears that Applicant has complied with Town process a <br />evidenced by t-he Staff report. <br />0 <br />
