The Chairman entertained a motion be made in this <br />matter. <br />MOTION:. Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br />Spring Meadow fealty Trust, Modification of Definitive <br />Subdivision Plan filed September 6, 2003, subject to the <br />remaining outstanding tax bills; which Motion was duly <br />seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously* <br />Public Hearing <br />Windchime Point, Inc. - Windchime Point Condominium <br />Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br />The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman opened <br />the Public Hearing in this matter, noting Applicant' <br />request to continue the Hearing to a future date. <br />MOTION: Dennis Ba-lzarini made a Motion to continue the <br />Public Hearing in the matter to November 5, 2003, at 7:1 <br />p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br />voted unanimously. <br />Public Hearing <br />_ -- - -- on -in A-rt-icles -October. Town. -Meeting- <br />The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br />the Public Hearing in this matter to order. The Chairman <br />read the notice for each Article prior to its discussion. <br />Article 11 - Submitted by the Board of Selectmen, will <br />in effect increase. the membership of the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals from three () to five ( ) members-. <br />The Chairman recognized Mr. Nelson, Member of the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals, who explained there are several <br />reasons for this request, the primary reason being 40B. It <br />is written in such a way that -it requires a ma] -ori.ty vote, <br />which means only two ) votes. Due to the large nufnber of <br />pending 40B proposals, the Zoning Board of Appeals feels <br />that more than two people should be mating these decisions <br />on behalf of the Town. A minor change to the Article will <br />be necessary in order to accommodate the number o <br />appointments. <br />There being no Board or Public cortmentr the Chairman <br />entertained a motion be made to take action on this <br />Article. <br />0 <br />
