The Chairman entertained a motion be made in this matter. MOTION:. Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the Spring Meadow fealty Trust, Modification of Definitive Subdivision Plan filed September 6, 2003, subject to the remaining outstanding tax bills; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously* Public Hearing Windchime Point, Inc. - Windchime Point Condominium Approval of Modification to Special Permit The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman opened the Public Hearing in this matter, noting Applicant' request to continue the Hearing to a future date. MOTION: Dennis Ba-lzarini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in the matter to November 5, 2003, at 7:1 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing _ -- - -- on -in A-rt-icles -October. Town. -Meeting- The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called the Public Hearing in this matter to order. The Chairman read the notice for each Article prior to its discussion. Article 11 - Submitted by the Board of Selectmen, will in effect increase. the membership of the Zoning Board of Appeals from three () to five ( ) members-. The Chairman recognized Mr. Nelson, Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, who explained there are several reasons for this request, the primary reason being 40B. It is written in such a way that -it requires a ma] -ori.ty vote, which means only two ) votes. Due to the large nufnber of pending 40B proposals, the Zoning Board of Appeals feels that more than two people should be mating these decisions on behalf of the Town. A minor change to the Article will be necessary in order to accommodate the number o appointments.
