-MOTION: Don Myers made a Lotion to recommend approval <br />f Article 11 ; which Mot -ion was duly seconded by Dennis <br />Ba l -arini and so voted unanimously ( - o)0. <br />Article 12 - submitted jointly by the Planning, .Board, <br />Zoning Board of Appeals and Board -of Select►en, to update <br />the Zoning By-law parting facility standards-. <br />The Town Planner reported on comment from Town counsel <br />whereby the term „driveway" should he added on Town Meeting <br />Floor. He then provided a definition of "driveway" for <br />discussion. <br />There being no further Board of Public comment, the <br />Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: Don Dyers made a Motion to recommend Article <br />12 with. regard to the parking By-law including an amendment <br />to define "driveway" as outlined as a path for motor <br />vehicles meeting from the street or road to a garage, <br />house, or parking lot, etc., or between two parkin' areas, <br />And to include the definition of the term "isle", driving <br />--to. -reflect i- le, par- i-ng.; which. Motion -was- duly- seconded- -by, - - - .Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously (4-0). <br />Article 13 - Submitted by the Planning Board, which <br />would allow the Planning Board to authorize an increase in <br />height for a hotel or motel as pant of the Special Permit <br />required for such projects. <br />After brief Board discussion, the chairman determined <br />there were no Public comments. She entertained a motion be <br />made. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to recommend approval <br />f Article 13 as written; which Motion was duly seconded by <br />Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously 4-0. <br />Article 1.4 - Submitted by the Planning Board,. to allow <br />automobile repair shops, provided that work is carried out <br />within the building, to the uses allowed within the 1-1 <br />Industrial Zoning Di -strict. <br />The Town Planner a plai-ned that currently automobile <br />repair shops are only allowed in Commercial zones, not <br />Industrial zones. <br />10 <br />
