There being no further Board or Public comment, the <br />Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to recommend approval <br />of Article 14, as written; which Motion was duly seconded <br />by Dennis Balzarini 4- )* <br />Article 15 submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, <br />amending Footnote 14 of Section 174- 1, La-nd space <br />Requirements Table. This article relates to Commercial and <br />Industrial Districts. The Design Review committee <br />recommends that the Applicants of all projects within these <br />districts install a buffer adjacent to the property lines. <br />There was Board discussion regarding minimum ten (10 ) <br />i f-t . natural landscaped buffers. <br />There being no further Board comment, the Chairman <br />recognized clay Buzwll, who asked if the buffer would be <br />horizontal or vertical. <br />The Town Planner responded a horizontal buffer i <br />-- - - - 'requIred under ° t-he Zoning- - y-law-.. <br />There being no further Board or Public comment, the <br />Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to recommend approval <br />of Article 15, provided the following fang age is included <br />to amended said Article to read "a minimum of a ten (10 <br />foot vegetated buffer" be included within the description; <br />which Lotion was duly seconded by Dennis Balrini and so <br />voted unanimously (4 - . <br />The chairman noted an Article submitted 'by the zoning <br />Board of appeals amending Section 174- 1, Land space <br />Requirements Table, by adding a reference to an R-5A <br />District and establishing dimensional requirements for that <br />district has been -removed from the Warrant. <br />Article 16 Submitted by the Planning Board and the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals, revised regulations for accessory <br />apartments. <br />The chairman read the following letter dated Septemb-er <br />19, 2003 into the Record: "'The Mashpee Affordable Housing <br />11 <br />
