The Chairman suggested request be made of Mr. Bonvie <br />to prepare some projections regarding the requirements <br />imposed and his ability to respond. Also, Mr. Bonvie <br />should be made aware of the citizen/Board concerns and the <br />Board's intent to pursue the matter. <br />There being no further Board or Public comment the <br />Chairman entertained a motion be made with regard to the <br />Agreement. <br />MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approve the. <br />Modification Process and Procedures, and Recommendations as <br />outlined in Memo dated September 24, 2003, as amended b <br />Memo dated September 2, 203 by Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Note. Also to approve those seven () items as outlined <br />With Recommendation #1 based upon the Memo dated September <br />2, 2003, side bar: It is the Boardfs intent that the <br />Building Inspector not issue any occupancy and/or building <br />permits for units which are not in conformance with <br />existing approved site plans; which Motion was duly <br />seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br />Discussion - Mashpee Charter Commission <br />The Chairman recognized Mir. Larkin, Chairman of the <br />Mashpee Charter Commission, who made reference - to his Memo <br />outlining tentative Charter Commission meeting dates <br />(October 2nd, 1 th, and 30 th) . <br />It was agreed October 1th would be a convenient date <br />to meet with the Charter Commission. <br />Board Items <br />Review of Special Permit Decision Procedures Checklist <br />to be postponed. <br />Discussion of Meeting/Public Hearing Procedures to be <br />postponed. <br />Resignation of Planning Board Member- - The Chairman <br />made reference to a letter dated September 19, 2003, <br />addressed to the Torn Administrator, from 'Ri charm L .
