The Town Planner stated Mr. Rowley has made an <br />inspection, reporting said wall to be approximately o-ft. <br />high, and has suggested Mr. Bonvie construct some sort of <br />barrier. He also noted said retaining wall is not shown on <br />the site plan, and therefor has never been approved. <br />Linda Fletcher suggested that the location of proposed <br />housing be inspected and approved for safety factors so <br />that they can be constructed as quickly as possible. <br />Lois Shugrue - Stated she has had a Purchase and Bale <br />Agreement since last October, there is no building there <br />yet. She has not been notified of any problems, has <br />subsequently sold her house and has to move out by December <br />1St. She made reference to the retaining wall, stating When <br />she purchased the property she was told a fence would be <br />constructed. It is also her understanding that building <br />permits were issued last December, yet nothing has been <br />done. In desperation, she asked for help. She stated she <br />has purchased one unit in a quad building. <br />vano Cunha - Acknowledged there has been some <br />progress made 'however-, 'it- is- -all verbal, -there is -nothing - <br />in writing, He questioned item , final site development <br />plans, asking when these plans might -be presented, is there <br />a time limit, when will some building begin. <br />The Town Planner responded by saying the developer has <br />the incentive to do so just as soon as possible in order to <br />obtain the building permits. <br />The chairman stated the developer has to come forward, <br />to appear before the Board. She would like to see the <br />pro3 ect rove ahead, suggesting that some type of <br />notification be made to Mr. Bonvie to address the Planning <br />Board for the purpose of discussion of these matters of <br />concern for everyone. <br />The Town Planner agreed to invite Mr. Bonvie in for <br />the next meeting. <br />Don Myers agreed that Mr. Bonvie should appear before <br />the Board in order to address these issues and begin t <br />meet some of these requirements. <br />20 <br />
