The Town Planner stated Mr. Rowley has made an
inspection, reporting said wall to be approximately o-ft.
high, and has suggested Mr. Bonvie construct some sort of
barrier. He also noted said retaining wall is not shown on
the site plan, and therefor has never been approved.
Linda Fletcher suggested that the location of proposed
housing be inspected and approved for safety factors so
that they can be constructed as quickly as possible.
Lois Shugrue - Stated she has had a Purchase and Bale
Agreement since last October, there is no building there
yet. She has not been notified of any problems, has
subsequently sold her house and has to move out by December
1St. She made reference to the retaining wall, stating When
she purchased the property she was told a fence would be
constructed. It is also her understanding that building
permits were issued last December, yet nothing has been
done. In desperation, she asked for help. She stated she
has purchased one unit in a quad building.
vano Cunha - Acknowledged there has been some
progress made 'however-, 'it- is- -all verbal, -there is -nothing -
in writing, He questioned item , final site development
plans, asking when these plans might -be presented, is there
a time limit, when will some building begin.
The Town Planner responded by saying the developer has
the incentive to do so just as soon as possible in order to
obtain the building permits.
The chairman stated the developer has to come forward,
to appear before the Board. She would like to see the
pro3 ect rove ahead, suggesting that some type of
notification be made to Mr. Bonvie to address the Planning
Board for the purpose of discussion of these matters of
concern for everyone.
The Town Planner agreed to invite Mr. Bonvie in for
the next meeting.
Don Myers agreed that Mr. Bonvie should appear before
the Board in order to address these issues and begin t
meet some of these requirements.
20
