Mr. Wood responded that MEPA.'s review will be other than Section 5 and
Section 6. Technical questions can be submitted to MT. There are small lots owned by LaButte brothers_ Mr. Bateman wants
to buy the land; he has septic plans (permits are with the bank). Mr. Fudala stated Mr.
Bateman may lose the grandfather protection if lots come under same ownership. Mr.
Bateman was advised to check with legal counsel. Mr. Fudala stated the Planning Board
issue is the road; adequate access is required(20' wide paved road with turnaround or
hammerhead). DPW and fire department need to be involved. The only PI 9 Board
issue is the road. Mr. Kuchinski thought it might be better to continue the road onto
Algonquin Load. Mr. Bateman was advised he needs to bring engineering stamped plans
before the Planing Board. No Public Hearing is required; Zoning Board of Appeals
issue is first, then Planning Board approval for road.
.Approval of 11/3/99 Minutes
Motion to Approve: James Dorgan Seconded.: Dennis Balzarini
Vote: 4-0 Unanimous ,L_;
Y^
f .
i YT
I
!
1
Correspondence Reviewed by Mr. KuchinsId
EF
c
 I
• ,il i
V
