This is the third public hearing since July 31, 1999 <br /> application, At the outset,there were a number of categories identified as development <br /> issues Willowbend hoped to address. The following areas Willowbend believes they are <br /> up to speed on are: <br /> 11 <br /> 1) Traffic issues: specifically traffic counts at Orchard Road, generating Willowbend <br /> specific information to corroborate or tie into the TIIE members that generate the study. <br /> Mr. Randy Hart from VHF will speak to that issue. The board received a summary <br /> memo from Mr. Hart prior to tonight's' meeting. <br /> 2) Archaeological issues: Willowbend has met with Mr. Mitch Mulholland who did the <br /> original work at the site. Willowbend has also met with representatives of the tribal `s <br /> council about reuse of those particular areas. <br /> 3) Open space issue: Willowbend has improved the open space calculations, addressed <br /> the issue of Ancient ways(plans are revised with no impact to people who use them), , <br /> F <br /> j - <br /> kw <br /> i <br />
