Continued from December 1, 1999. <br /> John Rodrigues: road is paved to end of the property; extended road to the end of 2nd <br /> lots to encompass the intersection. Runoff runs to Balfour Rd.,not Candalwood Lane. <br /> Mr. Dorgan suggested Mr. Rodrigues needs to get new drainage calculations from the - <br /> engineer. Mr. Rowley asked if it was paved? Mr. Rodrigues: Yes. Mr. Rowley <br /> suggested the water from the upper region doesn't run all the way down. Mr. Rodrigues: <br /> finish course won't affect runoff. Mr. Rowley: No. Mr. Fudala asked if W. Rodrigues <br /> was looking for a release of covenant on the 2nd lot or a release of the security deposit? <br /> Mr. Rodrigues wants the security to remain intact. He wants the covenant released since <br /> the road is paved. He needs an up to date security estimate to prove there is enough <br /> money to finish. Mr. Rodrigues will submit a contractor's estimate to the board. Mr. <br /> Fudala stated that the current Performance Bond is in place to secure 150' of <br /> Candalwood Lane.
