SY <br /> L <br /> :1 <br /> Stu Bornstein: would like to make 4-plex S' longer, 3-plex 4' longer. The master <br /> bedrooms are too small;they are making the bedrooms each a foot wider. Planning <br /> Board needs new numbers, new grand totals. Mr. Fudala stated there is an overall limit <br /> for the project. The project is approved,phase by phase. Mr. Bornstein stated his project <br /> will lose 4 to 6 units, 142 now, may end u with 130 units. Before the 3rd permit,phase <br /> � p p ,p <br /> approval will be submitted by Mr. Bornstein. Mr. Kuchinski indicated the board is <br /> looking for total impervious coverage(roofs, pavement, etc. . The board will need new <br /> g p � <br /> calculations for Phase II. Mr. Kuchinski feels the board needs something in writing from <br /> Mr. Bornstein about the total impervious coverage changes. Again,Mr. Bornstein <br /> indicated he would lose about b buildings. Mr. Fudala asked Mr. Bornstein to have Terry <br /> %f <br /> Eldridge do calculation numbers and impervious numbers. Mr. Bornstein wants to give <br /> project numbers for Phase I,but get approval for new building size tonight. Mr. Fudalaw <br /> wants to get the numbers for each phase. The Planning Board must approve modification <br /> for balance of Phase I buildings (4)buildings. Phase I remaining unit calculations on <br /> impervious number will be submitted 1l5l00 by Terry Eldridge. Mr. Bornstein still has to <br /> come back for Phase II and Phase 1H approval. Mr. Kuchinski wants the number of units <br /> to match impervious numbers. Mr. Rowley wants the request in writing with calculations <br /> for the board. Discussion Continued to 115100. <br /> Mr. Bornstein then requested the board approve the(2)3-plexes for now.
