One application was received for the LittlefordProperty-Vith an asking price of <br /> $425.,000 fr 25 acres(appraised for 5 ,00 . The Chair will forward executive summaries to <br /> Board members. The Chair also referenced the request for funds for.a double wide boat ramp at <br /> Great River. Mr_ Fudala noted that.it was the only access to waquoit Bay and would be- <br /> necessary to accommodate increased usage as well as to assist with the shellfish prop gatioin <br /> .project to be initiated in the area, A second location was.being considered to accommodate <br /> .k yakers, as well as rack storage for dinghies. The Chair stated-that monies would come-from <br /> the andignat-ed fund. Additionally, there were plans for-the.Ockway Bay boat.ramp, so the <br /> . Chair has recommended that one project be considered at a tim' e. The Chair also referenced the <br /> Affordable Housing Committee request for an article to place affordable housing funds into the <br /> Fordable Housing Trust, but Town Counsel has ruled that the Trust would need to.submit an <br /> application for funds. Mr. Hansen noted that increasing the-size of the.ramp mould also increase <br /> the parking needs at Great River. The Chair will share his comment with the Committee. <br /> Environmental oversight Committee-Mr. Cummings reported that there was <br /> discussion regarding South Cape Beach accessibility, the Mate Nutrient Nuffient Regulations,'Mashpee <br /> Nitrogen Bylaw, wastewater 1fangcent Plan,,volunteer sampling, Solar Bees success and <br /> shellfish project and weed issues at the north end of Santuit Pond. <br /> Historic District Commission-Mr. Fudala reported that.a Certificate of Non <br /> Applicability had been issued to the Baptist Church to address a security issue. <br /> MMIR Military Civilian Community Counr~il-Update of NIMR Joint Land Use <br /> Study-No update <br /> Report on Status of Greenv ay Project-Mr. Fudala reported that there was a muting <br /> with Mashpee Commons and their insurance agent_ It has been determined that, if the Town <br /> receives ownership interest on the trails, they would be,covered under the Town's insurance <br /> along with a license or easement_ Town Counsel will be working on the language. The trails <br /> will be marked in order to place them on the map in time for the September 16 meeting. The <br /> Chair requested that the brochure be forwarded to members of the Board. <br /> 'own Land Disposition Project-The Chair referenced the August 25 meeting regarding <br /> tax taking land that has been categorized into Conservation, Affordable Housing, Wastewater, <br /> .For Sale, Reserve and Darks. It was noted that members of the'bribe., attending the meeting as <br /> citizens oflfahpee, supported conservation but opposed the sale of land. The Chair <br /> recommended that the article be divided among 6 articles to be considered by the voters. It was <br /> suggested that the matter be delayed until May to allow the Tribe,to consider it further. <br /> New Business <br /> C. Rowley August 2015 Invoices-Invoices in the amounts of$4 2.5o for regular <br /> Planning Board services and $14 . 0 for Southport were received. <br />
