i <br /> 'Request: Release of Road Covenants, decision on road construction to be required <br /> for release <br /> Project proponent Dill Roberts stated that he was purchasing 12 Cypress Circle and 35 Fox Hill <br /> and was seeping specific information regarding the requirements for road construction. Mr. <br /> Roberts believed that he would have to complete 3 5 feet of Silver Leaf, replacing basins if not in <br /> good condition. Mr. Fudala stated that road work would begin at the end of the existing <br /> pavement down the hill past the basins. The Chair noted that all property owners were <br /> contributing to the proper construction ofthe roadways. The Chair requested that Mr- Rooney <br /> tale a look at 12 Cypress Circle, returning to the Board with a report and cost estimate of the <br /> work. Mr. Rowley will copy the applicant on the report. <br /> MOTION: Mr. al arini made a notion to authorize Mr. Rowley to work with the <br /> developer to look at the property. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion. All voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> SPECIAL PERNUTS <br /> Request for release of remaining performance guarantee for"Bridges at iashpee" <br /> project-Mr. Rowley completed his final inspection of the site as authon ed by the Board. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Bat arini'made a motion to release the r mainin g-secu rity for Bridges at <br /> Ma hpee.. Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> The form was signed by Planning Board members_ <br /> Vote on Southport tree removal at Buildings 1, 2,.3 &. 10 Leisure Green Drive North <br /> and <br /> Buildings 4, 59 69 7,8& 9 Stony Brook.give-Ran Bonvie was present to discuss the needed <br /> tree removal. Mr. Bonvie referenced the plans identifying the trees to be-removed within 20 feet <br /> around the buildings and noting the-steep slopes requiring their removal. Mr. on ce added that <br /> 20 feet beyond the hones, trees extend to the pond. The Board reviewed the plans. Mr. Bonvie <br /> noted that some trees needed to be removed due to decking and Mr. Rowley added that retaining <br /> galls were needed due to the slopes, requiring,further tree removal. Mr. Bonvie ie stated that he <br /> would be installing more trees and plantings, including the transplant of small local trees, than <br /> what has been approved for the Southport Landscape Plan, Mr. Hansen noted that residents <br /> preferred not to have trees too close to their homes and that the Association worked to address <br /> landscape issues at Southport. <br /> MOTION: Mr. B. arini made a motion to approve the tree removal at these buildings as <br /> presented to the Board.
