D. It was agreed that this subsection would remain, "Pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Section 174-4 , the Design Review Committee shall provide-review and comment <br /> prior to the issuance Of a Special Permit or Special Permit Modification or of a sign <br /> permit by the wilding Inspector." <br /> 17 - 2—Prohibititions <br /> A. — Moving or Flashing Signs -Amend language to read, "...Subject to the <br /> provisions of Section 174-53 A ." <br /> B. —Overhanging Signs—No changes. <br /> C. Except for signs warning of danger or prohibiting trespass or the like, no sign <br /> shall be printed on.or affixed to any tree, (reference newly drafted language by the <br /> Town Planner), and the word"fence" is to be deleted. <br /> D. —Private Signs on Town Property—No changes. <br /> B. --Portable Signs—No changes. <br /> F. —Billboard Advertising -to changes. <br /> G. —Sign Lighting—Completely new section to be drafted. <br /> H. —hoof Signs—Amend language to read, "'...hoof signs shall be prohibited." <br /> To be rher discussed and reviewed t the next Plannin <br /> � g Board Meeting. <br /> 1 4- —Performance Standards - This section to be reviewed and fisher <br /> discussed at-the next Planning Board Fleeting, September 15, 2010. <br /> Reports <br /> Chairman <br /> The Chairman reported that he met last week with Cape Cod Commission Sty, <br /> Town Administrator, and Town Planner. The recent change to Cape Cod Commission <br /> regulation on Development Agreement now requires that the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw <br /> regulation be revised as well. ibis. Senatori has agreed to assist in this matter and will <br /> provide information on said Bylaw where changes are needed. <br /> Deference was made to Town of Mashpee Bylaw Section 17 . .1, -Negotiation <br /> and Execution of Development Agreements. "Negotiation of elements of a <br /> Development Agreement between authorized parties and a qualified applicant shall Ise <br /> led by the Planning Board, or its designee, and may include representatives from other <br /> municipal Boards, Departments, and Commissions where said joint participation will <br /> assist in the negotiation process." <br /> 6 <br />
