Mr.Neid wie ki responded to a question posed regarding the original Mashpee <br /> Commons SPA filing which-included the Trout Pond parcel, and a portion of Jobs <br /> Fishing load,by stating said ding would Mill be on the books and subject to IEPA <br /> deter nination redesignation. Reclassification of the D I would fall under jurisdiction of <br /> the state. He agreed to review the matter more specifically so that he would be better <br /> able to address the concerns raised by the Board. <br /> Ms. Senatori advised the Planning Board that the Executive Committee has <br /> approved Mashpee Commons' request for payment of the Development Agreement fees <br /> be disbursed in phases, which will be drafted as a part of the Development Agreement. <br /> Mr. I eid. wiecki assured the Board that they would have as much access to <br /> Commission Staff`expertise as is needed. He stated the Commission has no financial <br /> interest in this matter; the Commission Staff will protect Commission interest of the <br /> Regional Policy Plan. <br /> The Chairman expressed her.concern that during this process adequate pl g <br /> for the Mashpee Rotary and potential improvements, protection of easements and rights <br /> of way be taken into consideration. The state.Highway Department will also need to be <br /> informed of proposed lung-term development at the Notary. <br /> (The discussion in thin matter was concluded at : o p.m. at which point the <br /> Chairman declared a 1 0-minute recess. The Planning Board Meeting was reconvened at <br /> 8:40 p: . <br /> Discussion <br /> Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments-regarding Signs <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Brian Anderson and <br /> Toni O'Hara. <br /> The Town Planner suggested that the location of proposed signs be shown on the <br /> Site-Plan for approval by the Planning Board; the actual signs to be approved by the <br /> Design Review Committee,with enforcement by the-Building Inspector. <br /> 174-5 1. Required Review and Permits <br /> A. Amend language to read, "All-new building and free standing.signs shall <br /> require issuance of a sign permit..." References were made to Section 174- . <br /> "For window signs under -square feet no sign permit is required provided said sign <br /> complies with Section 1 - . <br /> B.
