that Applicant has access to Town water and therefore t <br /> consideration of installing a sprinkler systems . <br /> The Town Planner noted the application appeared to be <br /> in order with the exception of a deed/proof of ownership. <br /> Applicant requested a waiver of the requirement for <br /> proof of ownership, as they did provide certification from <br /> the Town Treasurer/Tax Collector that they have paid the <br /> previous owner's debt for back taxes on this property and a <br /> Purchase and Sale Agreement ha-s been signed. <br /> There being no further Board discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: Dennis B-al arini made a Motion to Waive the <br /> .requirement for proof of ownership, as well as to sign the <br /> Plan dated 1 as Approval Not Required; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman signed and dated the ANR Plan. <br /> The Chairman then dated and signed Planning Form N, <br /> I ashpee Planning Board - ert i fic to of Action. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> RO-bert J. Taylor - 213 Great Neck Road North <br /> Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing Notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> She recognized David French, Christopher costa & <br /> Associates, representing the Applicant Mr. Taylor, in his <br /> request for approval of a 2-lot subdivision. <br /> Mr. French reviewed the following items with the <br /> Board. The existing lot consists of approximately - <br /> acres; the proposal is to divide the back section of the <br /> lot to create approximately -acres and approximately - <br /> acres around Applicant' s existing dwelling. He made <br /> reference to construction of a small roadway at the front <br /> portion of the lot with a cul-de-sac. A portion of the lot <br /> is located within a Natural Heritage and Endangered Species <br /> Program jurisdiction. A filing has been made a-nd Applicant <br /> is awaiting a final approval. <br /> 2 <br />
