The Town Planner noted the application appeared to be in order with the exception of a deed/proof of ownership. Applicant requested a waiver of the requirement for proof of ownership, as they did provide certification from the Town Treasurer/Tax Collector that they have paid the previous owner's debt for back taxes on this property and a Purchase and Sale Agreement ha-s been signed. There being no further Board discussion the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION:: Dennis B-al arini made a Motion to Waive the .requirement for proof of ownership, as well as to sign the Plan dated 1 as Approval Not Required; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. The Chairman signed and dated the ANR Plan. The Chairman then dated and signed Planning Form N, I ashpee Planning Board - ert i fic to of Action. Public Hearing RO-bert J. Taylor - 213 Great Neck Road North Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing Notice into the record and called the Public Hearing to order. She recognized David French, Christopher costa & Associates, representing the Applicant Mr. Taylor, in his request for approval of a 2-lot subdivision. Mr. French reviewed the following items with the Board. The existing lot consists of approximately - acres; the proposal is to divide the back section of the lot to create approximately -acres and approximately - acres around Applicant' s existing dwelling. He made reference to construction of a small roadway at the front portion of the lot with a cul-de-sac. A portion of the lot is located within a Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program jurisdiction. A filing has been made a-nd Applicant is awaiting a final approval. 2
