Mr. French stated that he has addressed those issues
of concern raised previously by Mr. Rowley. The Plan has
been revised and a checklist -has been submitted to Mr.
Rowley.
Deference was made to Mr. Rowley' s letter dated
January 17, 2007, regarding Taylor Way Definitive Plan.
Said letter having been reviewed by Mr. French, he
stated that all drainage issues and requirements for the
site have been satisfactorily addressed.
4
Mr. French agreed with Mr. Rowley' s comment that sheet
(of 4 sheets) is congested and almost impossible to read
and interpret . He agreed to separate the sheets and submit
the revisions to the Planning Board (drainage, grading, and
utilities) .
The Chairman asked Mr. Rowley if he is comfortable
with Mr. French' s review, or would he prefer another
opportunity to go over the nevi-sed pla.ns-.
Mr. Rowley requested the opportunity to further review
those revisions to be made to the plan. He explained that
separating the information would not -only be beneficial to
him, but to the contractor as well . He noted that some of
the numbers are very small, and some information has been
placed on top of other information making it extremely
difficult to interpret. His reasoning for requesting the
revision is to avoid a mistake.
The Town Planner informed the Board that a f'xrther
extension for a 'Planning Board Decision, which is filed
with the Town Clerk, would be required from the Applicant
if a decision is not made at this -meeting.
Mr. French acknowledged those issues of concern raised
by Mr. Rowley, requesting however, a vote from the Board
subject t-o said revisions.
Mr. Rowley interjected that he has not had adequate
time to study the plans due to the confusing. plan layout .
He would not be comfortable with a Planning Board vote
until such time as the revised plans are presented,
reviewed, and approved.
