References were made to a Plan of Land entitled, <br /> "Subdivision of Land in M shpee, MA, dated March 1. , 2006, <br /> by Christopher Costa & Associates, Taylor Way Definitive <br /> 8ubdi rision, for Robert Taylor"' . <br /> The Applicant: agreed to a further extension. <br /> The Chairman agreed this. would be best with respect t <br /> the quality of the project as well as meeting Planning <br /> Board standards . <br /> The Town Planner volunteered to prepare a written <br /> request, to February 9, 2007, for the Applicant' <br /> signature . <br /> The Town Planner further advised Applicant of the <br /> necessity for a road covenant, as part of the signature and <br /> recording of the approved plan. <br /> Mr. Rowley agreed to work with the Applicant' s <br /> representative, sugges:ting he contact him for assistance. <br /> He suggested revisions be submitted to him within one week <br /> f the next scheduled meetin' g for review. <br /> The Chairman read the document into the record: "To <br /> request a further extension of the Planning Hoard Hearing <br /> to February 7, 2007, and Planning Board deadline to file a <br /> Decision with the Town Clerk to February 9, 2007, regarding <br /> my Definitive Subdivision of Lana at 213 Grea-t Neck Road <br /> North, signed by Robert rt Ta l.or.
