Mr. Rowley explained that said memo includes his- <br /> observations of the site and interpretation of the plans <br /> that have been submitted. His reference was a Plan of Land <br /> entitled, "Revised Sipe and Wall Grading Plan, prepared by <br /> Horsley Witten Group, dated as revised 12 12 " . <br /> Mr. Rowley explained the plans show a permitted plan <br /> on the left-hand side and ar proposed plan on the right- <br /> hand side. He made reference to the walls located at the <br /> lower elevation on the eni atr-k side, as well as the <br /> proposed wall on the o-B sloe, of the project . He further <br /> explained that all of the walls have been removed, the area <br /> has been re-graded, and the top elevation has been dropped <br /> approximately -feet . This change requires the removal of <br /> a couple of oak trees and Applicant is proposing to replace <br /> those trees with trees that are little smaller in size. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested that prior to any further <br /> construction the Planning Board be provided with a detailed <br /> plan showing the proposed construction of the retaining <br /> wall . <br /> The 'down Planner stated this ratter is required to <br /> appear before the Planning Board as a minor modification to <br /> the plan following Design Review. <br /> Blue Ribbon Committee <br /> The Chairman informed the Board that the Blue Ribbon <br /> Committee will meet on January 18 th, and it is anticipated <br /> they will do so under full participation of all Town Boards <br /> and Commissions, especially the Board of Health and <br /> Conservation Commission. she stated she would report <br /> further at the February 7th Planning Board Meeting. <br /> Discussion Items <br /> The Town Planner presented a letter from the Cape Cod <br /> Commission regarding the modification on the DR1 for <br /> ahpee Commons, Forth Market Street . <br /> The Assistant Town Planner provided handouts to the- <br /> Board Members regarding wind turbine information. <br /> 6 <br />
