With- regard to Zoning Articles for the October Town <br /> Meeting, the Chairman asked for discussion regarding items <br /> anticipated for Zoning Articles, other than wind turbines . <br /> The Town Planner stated he is interested in updating <br /> the Sign Bylaw. As an aside he informed the Board that the <br /> Mash pee Commons project has received a waiver from the sign <br /> regulations . <br /> Dennis Balarini suggested proposing anothe-r Kennel <br /> Bylaw. <br /> Mr . Rowley suggested upd'ating the subdiVision <br /> Regulations (which does not require Town Meeting, but <br /> rather Planning Board Public Hearing) . He feels it is <br /> especially important to reprise the stormwater guidelin s so <br /> that they are in conformance with the Zoning Bylaw, He <br /> also suggested the construction standards be improved, and <br /> that typical details should be incorporated. <br /> The Chairman asked about the progress on devising a <br /> tracking system for Conditions of Planning Board special <br /> Permits that require certain reports to the Planning Board. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner stated a chec klistgant <br /> Chart was devised for Stratford Ponds .
