additional raised risk of my children having been exposed
to carcinogenic material will always be with me. Now in
our little piece of "paradise, our backyard, we have Mr.
Stuart Bornstein ripping down all of the wooded area that
has so protected us from those memories and the sight of
the old Augat property. we can now see each and every
building to our left from the Gym, Boston Interiors, etc. ,
all the gay over to Botello' s and all of the businesses on
the road down from Botello Lumber. If that isn' t enough
insult alone, Mr. Bornstein has thus far brought in enough
earth to build up the grade to halfway up the trees on our
property. Once the buildings are built we will have a
backyard worthy of the streets of any city. I am so
saddened to see this once beautiful piece of paradise
become the business district in my backyard, yard, especially for
ray children who have been through the Augat contamination
and now, God only knows what type of pollution Mr.
Bornstein will bring in with his storage facility
incubators. I hope you will seriously
consider our request in light of all of the above. It is
really a gory simple request, I feel, and hope that you
understand how much joy it would bring to our children, and
this their home, and possibly their home in the future when
ray husband and I are no longer hero to protect them, we
sincerely appreciate your time and consideration and look
forward to hearing from the Town Planning Board regarding
our request. "
References were made to the plan to determine the
location of roads under discussion; there was some Planning
Board discussion.
The Chairman them recognized Chris Tufts who commented
that it would be nice for his family if the Board would
approve the road name of "Savanna' Path" in light of the
development taking place around his property.
The chairman them recognized John Belrose, Manager of
Break Away at Trinity Place. He spoke to the confusion of
