the current layout of the roads and to the safety factors, <br /> as well as public/customer access. <br /> There being no further Board, Staff, or Public comment <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Lotion to close the Public <br /> Hearing in this ratter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Bennis Bal ari i and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a further Motion to change <br /> the name of Mashpee Neck Road a s Simons Road to Trinity <br /> Place and Savanna' s Path; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permits <br /> McShane LLC K&M LLC <br /> o Lain Street-Minor Site Plan Modification <br /> for Center Street Village Phase II--Keniark <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order. <br /> Dennis Balarini commented that he feels the matter <br /> before the Board should not be considered a minor change, <br /> but rather a major change to the plan. He further <br /> commented that all of the trees have been removed from the <br /> back hill section of the property. He feels the developer <br /> has made a completely different change From the plan <br /> approved by the Planning Board. <br /> The 'Iowa Planner stated the proposed change is for <br /> approval of the removal of one space from the parking lot <br /> and that the grading on the slope between this project and <br /> the 4B project next door be adjusted. Also, Applicant is <br /> requesting a temporary occupancy permit, subject to a <br /> performance guarantee for completion of the landscaping and <br /> paving. The building has been completed and Applicant <br /> would like to move in. <br /> The Chairman them recognized Attorney Kevin Kir `ane, <br /> representing Applicant, who agreed that the Town Planner <br /> had satisfactorily outlined Applicant' s request, <br /> Attorney Kirrane reviewed that the Special Permit <br /> authorizes the Design Review Committee to address <br /> landscaping issues between- the KenMark property and that <br /> property next door.
