Mr. Rowley suggested the project be divided into <br /> reasonable sections to be addressed in terms of the <br /> development of the site as a whole . <br /> There was brief discussion regarding the main <br /> entrance, construction entrance, and emergency access <br /> locations. <br /> The Chairman suggested a notation be made requiring <br /> Planning Board approval for the removal of any trees on <br /> this Phase III site prior to their removal . `Where was <br /> discussion regarding the possible phase for the clearing of <br /> the roadways.. <br /> The Chairman also requested Planning Board review and <br /> approval of fertilization methods products around the <br /> Martha' s s Pond area. She strongly urged the use of .only <br /> organic products for this area and the entire Southport <br /> grounds . <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated the some organic products are <br /> currently being used on the golf course. He offered to <br /> submit slow-release and fertilizer information to the <br /> Board. He also mentioned that Horsley Witten is their <br /> consultant In this regard and that they are aware of the <br /> environmental concerns . <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested the centerline of the roadways be <br /> staked out, as shown on the plans, for the Planning Board <br /> site visit in order to provide an opportunity for possible <br /> adjustments to be made. He cautioned the Board that <br /> staling the ideli-ne of the pavement is not necessarily the <br /> limit of the area to be cleared, and that grading <br /> conditions should also be taken into consideration. <br /> The Town Planner commented that the first version of <br /> the plans delineated Phase III on the cover sheet and that <br /> the street names and building/unit numbers were also <br /> included. He requested that a revision be made to <br /> reinstate this information onto the current plans for <br /> clarification; to which the Applicant agreed. <br /> He also made reference to the architectural plans, <br /> asking the Applicant when he intends to file the revised <br /> plans for Phase- III . <br /> ■ <br />
