Grading and topography issues within
the entire site were also discussed with the Applicant, and
are significantly different from the rest of Southport .
The area between old Barnstable Road, the Southport
entry, and Route 151 as far as Leisure Green Drive is quite
flat and similar to the rest of the development. However,
the contours and topography change dramatically and become
quite steep where the new road begins and runs parallel t
Martha' s Pond, and the little spit of land north of the
pond.
