Lopes agreed t incur any further inspection <br /> expenses. <br /> The Town Planner noted that there i $100 . 00 re- <br /> inspection fee provided by the Town. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested the Board have some assurance as <br /> to what is being proposed will in fact work and to be able <br /> to see the proposed shape of the driveway. He .suggested <br /> the proposal be shown on paper and staked out on the <br /> ground, at which point the Fire Chief could make an <br /> inspection in conjunction with the plan. <br /> Mr. Rowley requested the Board allow .hire to r v' i ' the <br /> plan first and them contact Chief Baker to speak with hire <br /> directly, prior to any further construction at the site; to <br /> which the Board agreed. <br /> . Lopes insisted on going forward with construction, <br /> with the knowledge that she would bear any expenses should <br /> reconstruction b'e necessary. <br /> The Town Planner and the Board Members encouraged the <br /> Applicant t first prepare a plan for review by both Mr. <br /> Rowley and Chief Baker, and to hold off on any further <br /> con-struction. There i-s no reason to construct anything <br /> tomorrow, as Applicant is scheduled to appear before the <br /> Board on August 15th. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested this be done one step at a time, <br /> so that any reconstruction will not be necessary. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to <br /> address, the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> 16 <br />
