" <br /> Ms . Hicks explained that there was no deed filed on <br /> this property back in 1973 when her father owned it and the <br /> original AIR plan was prepared. <br /> Ms . Hicks purchased the property in 1980 and two <br /> separate tax bills have been received since then. she <br /> requested the Board to re-sign the mylar copy of- the plan <br /> so that she can file it with the registry of Deeds. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that a copy of the <br /> original plan is on file with the Planning Board; however, <br /> the plan was never properly recorded. <br /> He also informed the Board that the front lot does not <br /> meet the current zoning requirements. <br /> There was some discussion as to the condition of the <br /> property, existing dwellings, and access . <br /> 8 <br />
