The Planning Board recognized this to be an opportune <br /> time for Mr. Taylor to bring this matter to their attention <br /> and thanked' hire for doing so. <br /> Attorney Kirrane informed the Board of his knowledge <br /> and understanding that the invoices mentioned by the <br /> previous speaket had been Mailed to wrong address and not <br /> properly received by the developer. <br /> At this point Attorney Kirr ne stated he would discuss <br /> this matter with his client and explain t-he urgency of this <br /> matter. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Planning Board to <br /> await further contact/reply from Attorney Kirrane, and t <br /> continue hi-s matter to September 5, 2007, taking no action <br /> this date.. <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Rachel Hicks-19 Pine DriveRe-signature of Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Rachel Hicks, who presented the Board with a <br /> Plan of Land entitled, 'Plan of Land located in Mashpee, <br /> MA, prepared for Rachel & Errol Hicks, Dated August 1 , <br /> 2007, by Cape & Islands Engineering. " <br /> Ms . Hicks explained that there was no deed filed on <br /> this property back in 1973 when her father owned it and the <br /> original AIR plan was prepared. <br /> Ms . Hicks purchased the property in 1980 and two <br /> separate tax bills have been received since then. she <br /> requested the Board to re-sign the mylar copy of- the plan <br /> so that she can file it with the registry of Deeds. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that a copy of the <br /> original plan is on file with the Planning Board; however, <br /> the plan was never properly recorded. <br /> He also informed the Board that the front lot does not <br /> meet the current zoning requirements. <br /> There was some discussion as to the condition of the <br /> property, existing dwellings, and access . <br /> 8 <br />
