Rhiannon way,to Route 130 be at least <br /> as wide as Echo Road and conform' to Town'standards for a public way. 2. The proposed <br /> access way.should be eliminated or used only for emergency, fire, or police use. 3. <br /> Nicoletta's way should be used as access for any future development and/or subdivision <br /> of the land abutting the northerly side thereof. 4. Both Nicoletta's way and Rhiannon <br /> Way(after completion to Town standards) should be gifted and deeded to the Town for <br /> use as public wags and all costs for maintenance, repairs or replacement borne on a pro- <br /> rata basis by mutters using these ways. 5. when the bicycle and pedestrian path is <br /> extended along the easterly side of Route 130, a traffic controlled light should be <br /> installed to provide safe passage across Route 13 o via its juncture with Sturgis Lane and <br /> Bakers way, and a sign installed along the pathway requiring cyclists to give audible <br /> warning-to pedestrians before passing. 6.
