Mr. Durnont explained that currently there are two dumpsters, one is for <br />cardboard recycling and one is a trash d umpster. <br />The Town Planner explained .this is being proposed- as a minor modification: to the <br />Special Permit Site Plan in which case a Public Hearing advertising would not be <br />required. The Board could vote to approve the change to the Site Plan. l; Ie has prepared <br />a decision form referring to the plan if the Board decides to vote. <br />Thomas O'Hara suggested the pavement .be extended in order to provide a larger <br />area into the slope so that the durnpsters could be placed side by side in a fenced ara. He <br />also suggested early morning pick-up. <br />The Town Planner noted. Applicant i s trying to set the durnpsters on the existing <br />pavement. <br />Mr. Rowley stated the orf1y moray to tale advantage of the extended area would be <br />to -set it on a slight angle. <br />After some discussion Bennis lalarini suggested Applicant revise the plan to <br />show both dump tens on the plan for Planning Board approval; to which Mr. Dumont <br />agreed. <br />(This matter is to be addressed at a later date when said revised plan is submitted. <br />Approval Not Required <br />John west — 26 Russell Road <br />Signature of ANR Plan Dividing One Lot into Two <br />The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized John west who <br />introduced Bob Kelvin. <br />References were then made to a letter received from the Consulting Engineer with <br />reference to this matter. <br />Mr. Rowley explained that he had net with Mr. west and walked the road. He <br />suggested this matter be considered an A 1 L, when a project is not a subdivision, but the <br />road has been in existence and a determination has to be made as to whether or not the <br />road as it exists is adequate for the intended use. The road is not paved, it has been there <br />for quite .some time, perhaps one of the original Band Court parcels for the area. The <br />road surface is adequate, there are three houses that presently use the road as access to <br />l rionomo coy Road. <br />The proposed lot is located at the intersecti n of Russell road and 1 ionomoscoy <br />Road so that any new traffic generated would not be going past the other Douses. There <br />really is no impact on the use of the road. However, Mr. Rowley is recommending that <br />the Planning Board not endorse this request unless the Zoning.
