Mr. Durnont explained that currently there are two dumpsters, one is for
cardboard recycling and one is a trash d umpster.
The Town Planner explained .this is being proposed- as a minor modification: to the
Special Permit Site Plan in which case a Public Hearing advertising would not be
required. The Board could vote to approve the change to the Site Plan. l; Ie has prepared
a decision form referring to the plan if the Board decides to vote.
Thomas O'Hara suggested the pavement .be extended in order to provide a larger
area into the slope so that the durnpsters could be placed side by side in a fenced ara. He
also suggested early morning pick-up.
The Town Planner noted. Applicant i s trying to set the durnpsters on the existing
pavement.
Mr. Rowley stated the orf1y moray to tale advantage of the extended area would be
to -set it on a slight angle.
After some discussion Bennis lalarini suggested Applicant revise the plan to
show both dump tens on the plan for Planning Board approval; to which Mr. Dumont
agreed.
(This matter is to be addressed at a later date when said revised plan is submitted.
Approval Not Required
John west — 26 Russell Road
Signature of ANR Plan Dividing One Lot into Two
The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized John west who
introduced Bob Kelvin.
References were then made to a letter received from the Consulting Engineer with
reference to this matter.
Mr. Rowley explained that he had net with Mr. west and walked the road. He
suggested this matter be considered an A 1 L, when a project is not a subdivision, but the
road has been in existence and a determination has to be made as to whether or not the
road as it exists is adequate for the intended use. The road is not paved, it has been there
for quite .some time, perhaps one of the original Band Court parcels for the area. The
road surface is adequate, there are three houses that presently use the road as access to
l rionomo coy Road.
The proposed lot is located at the intersecti n of Russell road and 1 ionomoscoy
Road so that any new traffic generated would not be going past the other Douses. There
really is no impact on the use of the road. However, Mr. Rowley is recommending that
the Planning Board not endorse this request unless the Zoning.
