He would like to inquire and request a summary of <br />Mr. Landers-Cauley with regard to his evaluation. <br />Thomas O'Hara expressed concern for displacement of the grater -when a <br />foundation is constructed -and the effect on the water table. <br />Dennis Balarini agreed with the Town Planner, asking if it would be better to let <br />the roof runoff` go into the ground, rather than the holding tank. <br />Attorney Lasordo stated the concern is for the impacts to the neighborhood. <br />The Chairman suggested Applicant consider the construction of a rain garden to <br />take care of the runoff from the house. <br />T'he Chairman also suggested that. the Board be provided materials. an <br />information prior to the meeting, so that everyone has the, opportunity to properly review <br />them. <br />The Town Planner reminded the Board that roof runoff is not really the. issue of <br />concern. The concern is water conning into the lots from somewhere else. <br />It was the general consensus of the Board to continue discussion of this matter to <br />the October 17, 2007 meeting. <br />Special Permit <br />McShane -Denmark — route 1 ollain Street <br />Special Permit Site Plan Modification l u pstcr <br />The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Len Dumont, <br />representing the Applicant McShane Construction. <br />Mr. Dumont explained that the original plan showed a 6 x 10 dumpster enclosure. <br />Applicant is proposing a 10 x 10 dumpster as the 6 x 10 did not enclose enough barrels. <br />References rences were made to a plan entitled, " u pster Plan Center Street village, <br />I enrnark, Mashpee, MA, Horsley Witten Group". <br />The Town Planner clarified the original plan shows a dumpster without an <br />enclosure.
