groundwater level the bottom of the system is to be sure -it will not be flooded by the natural raising of the groundwater and be ineffective. Mr. Rowley Mated his uncertainty that this information. satisfies his -concerns listed in his letter of August 15, 2007. He would like to inquire and request a summary of Mr. Landers-Cauley with regard to his evaluation. Thomas O'Hara expressed concern for displacement of the grater -when a foundation is constructed -and the effect on the water table. Dennis Balarini agreed with the Town Planner, asking if it would be better to let the roof runoff` go into the ground, rather than the holding tank. Attorney Lasordo stated the concern is for the impacts to the neighborhood. The Chairman suggested Applicant consider the construction of a rain garden to take care of the runoff from the house. T'he Chairman also suggested that. the Board be provided materials. an information prior to the meeting, so that everyone has the, opportunity to properly review them. The Town Planner reminded the Board that roof runoff is not really the. issue of concern. The concern is water conning into the lots from somewhere else. It was the general consensus of the Board to continue discussion of this matter to the October 17, 2007 meeting. Special Permit McShane -Denmark — route 1 ollain Street Special Permit Site Plan Modification l u pstcr The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Len Dumont, representing the Applicant McShane Construction. Mr. Dumont explained that the original plan showed a 6 x 10 dumpster enclosure. Applicant is proposing a 10 x 10 dumpster as the 6 x 10 did not enclose enough barrels. References rences were made to a plan entitled, " u pster Plan Center Street village, I enrnark, Mashpee, MA, Horsley Witten Group". The Town Planner clarified the original plan shows a dumpster without an enclosure. Applicant is now proposing a fenced enclosure. The enclosure will be 10 x 10. 10
