Town of Mashpee <br />Planning Board <br />Minutes of fleeting <br />October 3, 2007 <br />The Town of Mashpee Planm'ni g Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br />Room fl, Mashpee Town Fall, 16 Great Deck Road forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts .at <br />7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2007. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br />Planning Board Members present: Bennis Balzarini, Vice -Chairman; Harvey <br />Cohen, Associate Member-, Beverly Kane, Chairman; Myrna Huey, Clerk; and Thomas <br />O'Hara 7:1 - p.m. <br />Also present: F. Thomas Fu ala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br />and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br />A quorurn being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br />the first order of business. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />September 5, 2007 <br />MOTION: Dennis Balzafini made a Lotion to approve the Minutes of the <br />September 5, 2007 Planning Board Meeting as amended pg. 6 "MailIho" ; which M tion <br />was duly seconded by Myrna ruey and so voted unanimously. <br />Voting Members: : Beverly Kane, Myrna I uey, and Dennis Balzarini. <br />Special Permit <br />Buck Pond LP — Route 28 and Trinity Place <br />Special Penmit Modification Filing with Town Clerk <br />MOTION: : Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Dearing in this <br />matter at 7:1 o p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2 007; which Motion was duly seconded <br />by Myrna Duey and so voted unanimously. <br />Correspondence <br />Letter from Weston & Sampson regarding South Cape village wastewater <br />treatment facility, in which they are requesting a 60-day extension from IEP in order to <br />complete their modification application. <br />Thomas Mayo provided copies of information regarding new technology <br />regarding roof -mounted wind turbines. The England based manufacturing company has <br />solved the noise and vibrating problems called "Silent Rooftop wind Energy System" <br />
