Public Hearing Re -naming a Portion ofIndustrial Drive to Commercial Street The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the record and called this matter to order. Planning Board Member Thomas O'Hara arrived at the meeting at this point, 7:1 o p.m.) The Town Planner reported that notice had gone out to the abutters and to the newspapers, and that he has received a phone call from Bruce McGregor, liashpe Industrial Park Trust and owner of the road. Mr. McGregor has no objection to the name change. There being no Board or public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis l al arini made a Motion to close the Public Hearing jin this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Myma Nuey and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the name change from Industrial give to Commercial Street; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. Definitive Subdivision Plan New Seabury Properties- LLC-Flat Pond Subdivision Submission of -Lot I of mitive Plan Modification The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Dan Buckley, Bayswater Development. The submission being in' order, the Board scheduled a Public Hearing. MOTION: Dens Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in this matter for November 7. 2007 at : o p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Huey. Public Hearing To Officially Name John Ewer load The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the Public Dearing to order. The Town Planner reported that he has heard from the two residents on John Eger Road d and they have suggested the Board consider a different name. The Chairman recognized Angie Shworn who reported than she has had a discussion with her neighbor regarding the proposed change and some of the issues 0
