Public Hearing <br />Re -naming a Portion ofIndustrial Drive to Commercial Street <br />The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br />into the record and called this matter to order. <br />Planning Board Member Thomas O'Hara arrived at the meeting at this point, <br />7:1 o p.m.) <br />The Town Planner reported that notice had gone out to the abutters and to the <br />newspapers, and that he has received a phone call from Bruce McGregor, liashpe <br />Industrial Park Trust and owner of the road. Mr. McGregor has no objection to the name <br />change. <br />There being no Board or public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: Dennis l al arini made a Motion to close the Public Hearing jin this <br />matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Myma Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the name change from <br />Industrial give to Commercial Street; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey <br />and so voted unanimously. <br />Definitive Subdivision Plan <br />New Seabury Properties- LLC-Flat Pond Subdivision <br />Submission of -Lot I of mitive Plan Modification <br />The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Dan Buckley, Bayswater <br />Development. The submission being in' order, the Board scheduled a Public Hearing. <br />MOTION: Dens Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in this <br />matter for November 7. 2007 at : o p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna <br />Huey. <br />Public Hearing <br />To Officially Name John Ewer load <br />The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br />into the record and called the Public Dearing to order. <br />The Town Planner reported that he has heard from the two residents on John Eger <br />Road d and they have suggested the Board consider a different name. <br />The Chairman recognized Angie Shworn who reported than she has had a <br />discussion with her neighbor regarding the proposed change and some of the issues <br />0 <br />
