The plan has been <br /> altered to remove the catch/drainage basin and to allow runoff'over the lawn area. <br /> Attorney Losordo provided copies of the release of road covenants apparently <br /> released by the Planning Board in the 1 o's (according to Attorney Losordo). However, <br /> the Town Planner has indicated concern regarding the authenticity of copies of documents <br /> provided by Attorney Losordo. <br /> 1 <br />
