The Chairman, Beverly lane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Vice-Chainn n; Beverly <br /> Dane, Chairman; Myrna I ue �, Clerk; Joseph Mullin; and Thomas O'Hara. <br /> Also present: Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; and Charles Rowley,vley, Consulting <br /> Engineer. <br /> Absent: F. Thomas F'udala, Town Planner. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> October 3, 27 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to accept the Minutes of the October <br /> , 2007 Planning Board Meeting as submitted;which Motion was duly seconded and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> willowbend Country Club Inc.-willow end Dr., Simons Ind., in'Me Oot Rd. <br /> Signature of a Two Lot Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Jack <br /> licilhinney, representing the Applicant. <br /> Attorney McIlhinne r requested endorsement of a 2MLot Subdivision Plan, making <br /> reference to-the existing lots, Real Estate Office, Pool and Fitness Center, all of which is <br /> in the process of being sold to the Membership. There is no new development being <br /> proposed. Applicant is simply attempting to divide an -acre lot into -lots, one of which <br /> will be owned by the Membership Corporation and the other to remain as frontage on <br /> willo bend Dr. and Simons Rd. <br /> Attorney Mellhinney informed the Board that he has reviewed all plans with the <br /> Town Planner. <br /> 1 <br />
