Dennis BaLzarini suggested the Planning Board sump clarifying signature of this <br /> plan is not making any determinations regarding compliance to zoning issues; to which <br /> everyone agreed. <br /> After brief discussion of the Statute the following motion was made. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to sign the plan as Approval Not <br /> Required, subject to a revision of the plans to include appropriate language regarding the <br /> status of zoning requirements under the direction of the Town Planner/Consulting <br /> Engineer; which Motion was duly seconded Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Taring <br /> The Official Naming of Amy Brown Road <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman react the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the record and called the Public Hearing to order. <br /> Everything being in order and as discussed at the previous Planning Board <br /> Meeting, and as recommended by the Address Committee, the following motions were <br /> made, <br /> The Chairman determined there was no further Board, Staff, or Public comment. <br /> She then entertained a motion to close the Public Dearing in this matter. <br /> MOTION; Dennis lalarini made a Motion to close-the Public Hearing in the <br /> matter of the nanning of Any Brown Road; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas <br /> O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to officially accept the name Amy <br /> Brown Road; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna a Nuey and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Consideration of Road blame Charge from Leisure Green Drive North t <br /> Leisure Green-Drive—Southport Planned Retirement Community <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman react the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the record and called the Public Hearing in this matter to order. <br /> This matter had also been discussed at the previous Planning Board Meeting; the <br /> Chairman determined there was no further Board, Staff, or Public comment.
