MOTION: Dennis Bal aHni made a further Motion to accept and approve the <br /> road name change from Leisure Green Drive Forth to Leisure Green Drive;.which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Kathleen Costa—75 Orchard Road— Signature of Plan Subdividing One Lot Into Two <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Greg MacDougal, <br /> representing the Applicant. <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, "Division flan of Land <br /> Prepared for Kathleen Costa in Mashpee, ILIA, Bated December 1.9, 2007, By Stephen J. <br /> Doyle &Associates". <br /> Ir. Rowley reported that he has made an inspection of,the roadway and that it is <br /> in excellent condition, paved all the way through, the sidelines are clear, and it is well <br /> drained. <br /> There.being no Board comment the.Chairman entertained a notion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Notion to sign the plan dated December 19, <br /> 2007 as Approval Not Required under the Subdivision Control Law; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The Chairman then signed one Mylar and -copies of said plan.) <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Royal Dublin Realty Trust - 298 and 304 Quinaquissett Avenue <br /> Combine Two Lots into One <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Thomas Quinn, <br /> representing the Applicant. <br /> References were being made to a plan entitled, "'Plan of Land Being <br /> Combination of Lot#l and Lot# , Mash e , MA, prepared for Danute Quinn, Trustee <br /> Royal Dublin fealty Trust, dated November 14, 0 ". <br /> Mr. Rowley informed the Board that he has no issues of concern in this matter. <br /> Where being no Board comments the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the plan dated November 14, <br /> 0071) as Approval Not Required under the Subdivision Control Law; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara rid so voted unanirnously. <br /> (The Chairman them signed one M lar and -copies of said plan.) <br /> 3 <br />
