Mr. Wooldridge encouraged the Applicant to pursue this <br /> matter with the Peninsula Council . There are concerns from <br /> senior citizens and disabled residents who have had <br /> diffiulty receiving timely social services, dine to <br /> confusion within the New seabury area. - e also spoke to <br /> public safety issues and response times . He pleaded with <br /> the Board to upgrade the signage throughout the Town <br /> (private ways.) in order to make them more easily <br /> recognizable. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to close the Public <br /> Hearing in this ratter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to accept the names <br /> proposed by New Seabury a-s they appear on the plan dated <br /> January 4 , Zoo ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis <br /> Ba l a-mini and-so voted unanimously. 4-0 <br /> Voting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal arini, Lee <br /> Gurney, and John Ha].achy. . <br /> Review - M shpee Wastewater Treatment Plants <br /> DP Monitoring Reports <br /> It was agreed that the numbers should be verified ied for <br /> accuracy, and further reviewed by the Board. <br /> Board I t erns <br /> Discussion of DCPC Recommendations 3 - <br /> The Chairman reported that the Blue Ribbon Committee <br /> has made a decision to rove forward with the <br /> recommendation-s included in the Planning Board DCPC <br /> proposal. She made reference to items #1 - #12, suggesting <br /> the Planning Board discuss items # - #9 this evening. <br /> #1 is a Board of Health jurisdiction item; nitrogen <br /> regulations requiring denitrification for flogs over boo <br /> gallons pe-r day. <br />
